Hi Style Awards 2023

After a long journey to Cork we arrived at the beautiful Imperial Hotel in Cork city. We were given a lovely mint choc shot on arrival and straight up to our room to Glam ourselves for the big event. HiStyle really pull out all the stops from the glamour, food and goodie bags to the amazing presenters and entertainment. The atmosphere was simply amazing. Easily the best awards event I have attended. The work HiStyle put into this event was clearly evident. Everyone was up dancing and cheering each other on from the get go. I was delighted for a girlie night away so when my name was announced as winner of Best Wedding Makeup Artist 2023, I nearly didn’t hear it. I’ve had a passion for makeup since I was a child, a passion for bridal and have worked so hard for the past decade so to win this award meant so much to me. I was truly grateful for the recognition. There was a judging panel of big named judges in the industry with an online video interview in the weeks leading up to the event with all supporting evidence. I felt so overwhelmed to share the evening with some really big brands winning their very first award on the night. Definitely a night to remember x
